Authenticity . This is undoubtedly the first word that comes to mind when describing what Thomas Millo aims to share and convey through his dishes. A land-and-sea cuisine that highlights fresh, local ingredients through traditional recipes given a modern twist by the Chef. A Mediterranean know-how inherited from his father, Christian Millo — a Michelin-starred chef — enhanced with a touch of modernity after a rich career at prestigious establishments on the French Riviera.
Menu and a la carteWhether you choose from our menu or à la carte, allow us to present you with an authentic and exclusive dining experience. Seasonal tomatoes, courgettes and aubergines. Savour the delicate interplay of colours from our vegetables, sourced from the local organic market, and enjoy a unique culinary experience crafted with expertise. BookIt’s just 12:30 pm. It’s time for lunch. We hear a few muffled voices, others louder and the sounds of comings and goings. Displayed on the chalkboard, the menu captures everyone’s attention. Welcome to our village bistronomic restaurant: La Table d’Augustine at L’Auberge de la Madone, a name lovingly inspired by our great-grandmother.
Here, we preserve the legacy of the family-run bistro and grocery established by our grandparents in 1946 at the foot of the charming village of Peillon. It’s 1 pm, and the enticing aroma of bistro cuisine fills the air, while the clinking of cutlery reveals the satisfaction of our guests.
